The composition and size of the Trustees is tailored within the dictates of VIP which 5 members maximum. These are members who have seen the organization group for more than 15years and are now friends of the organization. They the custodians of all property of the VIP-WoGDRoZ and shall, in the event of any dissolution of the organization, dispose of all assets in the manner provided for under the constitution. The Trustees meet once a year to review the progression of the organization.

Constitute of 9 members who are appointed to sit on the board by the Trustees to provide non-binding strategic advice and guidance to the management of the organization that include offering assistance according to their various specialities.

Comprised of 9 members the NEC elected by members of the Women and Girls Disability Rights of Zambia program, the NEC is mandate to governance and provide strategic advice to the women and girls program.
The Secretariat.
Based in Livingstone at plot No. 215, Vaghela House, Mosi-Oa-Tunya road, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and in charge of the management. The ED is supported by a team of vibrant members of staff. Administrative and support staff are not anticipated to exceed unmanageable levels. The major concern for Management is to ensure that the staff in VIP-WoGDRoZ is adequately skilled; otherwise, VIP-WoGDRoZ takes responsibility to assist in imparting or enhancing skills in the particular staff.
