- Gender Analysis and Inclusion
VIP continues to embrace both women and men with inclusion of underprivileged to key decision-making positions both at operational and production levels. This is supported by the fact that the founder of VIP, the film festival and Women and Girls with Disability Rights of Zambia projects is a woman. VIP has 4 Trustees of which 2 are women, 2 are men and 2 have disabilities. Out of 10 Advisory Board members, 6 are female and 4 are male. The Committee also enjoys a high representation of women whose valuable contribution has assisted in moving the work of the organization forward.
